Hotel perfectly located with easy access to downtown and local attractions. The atmosphere felt lively with plenty of dining options nearby. My room was spacious and clean, with attention to detail in the housekeeping. Enjoyed the friendly service at the front desk who were always ready to assist. Unfortunately, the water pressure in my room fluctuated, making showers less enjoyable. Also, the lack of a fridge in the room was inconvenient for keeping snacks and beverages cool. Overall, a lovely stay, but addressing the water pressure issue would enhance the experience significantly.

casino plaza was a fantastic stay! the location was perfect, super close to the historical center which made exploring easy. our executive queen room was spacious with plenty of counter space. the staff was amazing and genuinely attentive, especially sonia, our maid, who checked on us daily.

We had such a blast at this spot! The location was perfect, right between Centro and Americana, making it a breeze to check out Museo de las Artes and beautiful parks nearby. The tidy large marble bathrooms were a plus. But, I recommend skipping breakfast. there are way better options down the street.

The breakfast wasn't the highlight of our stay. It felt a bit dull and lacked variety, especially during the week.
